Australian police have suspended the operation for a four-year-old child who has been missing in the remote area for nearly three weeks, after additional efforts failed to find any signs of the boy.

The young boy was observed playing outside his home on a isolated rural property near Yunta, about 186 miles from Adelaide, on 27 September.
